Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in India. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business leads, conducting product demos, and initiating the sales process through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and attract potential leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads through careful evaluation of their needs and alignment with our company offerings.
Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our company’s solutions to potential clients.
Outreach Execution: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage and educate potential customers about the benefits of our company’s solutions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads with our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective customers within HubSpot CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and tactics based on market feedback and results.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
Experience: 1-3 years in a sales development or related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate conversations and conduct product demos.
Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage 
Characteristics: High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic are essential. Must be results-driven and capable of delivering consistent new business leads.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with sales automation tools.
