Job Guarantee:Hire You Soon does not offer any job guarantee once an employer shortlists a candidate through this platform.
Registration Fee: Registration fees come in three tiers: Starter, Lite, and Premium. The Starter registration is a free registration plan. Lite registration costs INR 800 annually, with automatic renewal required for continued access to Lite benefits. Failure to renew after one year will result in automatic migration to the Starter plan. Lite plan members can apply for up to 12 job posts per month. Starter plan members can apply for up to 3 job posts per month. Premium registration costs INR 3000 annually, with automatic renewal required for continued access to Premium benefits. Failure to renew after one year will result in automatic migration to the Starter plan. Premium plan members can apply for an unlimited number of job posts per month without shortlisting fees. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Shortlisting Fee: A shortlisting fee of INR 300 will be charged to candidates registered under the Starter and Lite plans when a company shortlists them. Candidates must pay the shortlisting fee within 3 days, or the offer will automatically expire. Shortlisting fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Invoice Issuance: Candidates will receive an invoice from the Hire You Soon portal upon receipt of every payment.
Apply for Job Post: Candidates can apply for jobs immediately upon posting by employers. Upon receiving an application, employers have the discretion to shortlist the candidate's CV. If shortlisted, the candidate will be notified and can view their CV in the 'Shortlisted List'. Candidates registered under the Starter and Lite plans are required to pay a processing fee of INR 100 to facilitate direct communication with the employer. If there is no response to the shortlist request within 3 days, it will automatically expire.
Salary Responsibility: Hire You Soon Portal bears no responsibility in the event that an employer fails to pay salaries on time to candidates recruited through the Hire You Soon portal.
Modification of Terms: Hire You Soon reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Candidates agree to comply with the terms by registering on the Hire You Soon portal and using its services.

Employer Registration: Employers can register on the Hire You Soon portal free of cost to view unlimited candidate CVs/Resumes.
Shortlisting Candidates: Employers have the option to shortlist candidates, and available candidates will accept their shortlist requests for interviews. Once the Candidate accept the shortlist offer, the employer should conduct the interview for candidate within 5 working days
Hiring Process: Employers should mark selected candidates as hired to complete the hiring process.
Candidate Privacy: Employers must mark selected candidates' CVs as hired to prevent visibility to other employers. This ensures candidate privacy and prevents multiple job offers.
Job Posting: When an employer publishes a job posting, they are required to periodically update the status of candidates' applications as either selected or rejected. Upon shortlisting candidates from the job posting, the employer must arrange interviews within 5 working days.
Salary Responsibility: Hire You Soon Portal bears no responsibility in the event that an employer fails to pay salaries on time to candidates recruited through the Hire You Soon portal.
Violation of Terms: Employers who violate any of the terms and conditions will be removed from the database with immediate effect.
Modification of Terms: Hire You Soon reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of employers to review and adhere to the latest version of the terms.
