Public Relations Officer (PRO)

We are a leading SaaS product-based software company, providing cutting-edge solutions to businesses and educational institutions. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Public Relations Officer (PR Officer) who can engage potential clients through cold calling and effectively present our software solutions.

Job Overview:

The PR Officer will be responsible for initiating contact with businesses and institutes, introducing them to our Hiring Management Software, and conducting engaging demo presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the confidence to interact with decision-makers/HR managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential businesses and educational institutes.


    • Identify key decision-makers and introduce them to our hiring management software.


    • Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to nurture potential clients.


  2. Demo Presentation & Product Pitching:

    • Schedule and deliver engaging product demonstrations online.


    • Explain the features, benefits, and USPs of the software in a clear and persuasive manner.


    • Address client questions, objections, and concerns effectively.


  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.


    • Follow up with Leads/clients

    • Provide insights on customer needs and feedback to improve product offerings.

  2. Sales Coordination & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.


    • Maintain detailed records of interactions, demo sessions, and client feedback.


    • Provide regular reports on outreach performance and lead conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.


  • Fresher or 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in SaaS or software sales).


  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.


  • Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and persuade potential clients.


  • Experience in delivering software demos or presentations is a plus.


  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.


  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
